Location was perfect, only 30-40 minutes from Bergamo airport. The breakfast was delicious and the host was helpful, assisting with my scheduled plans. The overall property was calming and had beautiful greenery.

The Wi-Fi was often unreliable and the bathroom was uncomfortably located close to the bedroom. The privacy of the restroom was minimal and the door being made of glass was an inconvenience.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a big bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful interiors and spacious rooms. We were also impressed by the private parking provided, making it convenient for us to bring our vehicle. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being close to the airport and providing easy transportation options. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon arrival and personalized attention throughout our stay. The breakfast, with homemade cakes and pastries, was a delightful bonus.

My experience was not very pleasant due to the lack of Xmas spirit in the hotel. There were no decorations or themed events, making it feel like any other day of the year.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with excellent personalized service. the owner greeted us warmly and was always available, catering to our every need. the luxurious amenities were impressive, with a private space that left us feeling pampered. We enjoyed lounging by the pool in the beautifully manicured garden area, complete with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the in, room breakfast was a lovely touch, and the special diet menus catered to all of our needs.

The only flaw we noticed was a minor issue with the Wi, Fi in certain areas. Despite this, we still had an excellent stay at this hotel and found everything to be clean and well, maintained.
